The tables are turned in Cliché, an action-packed short film about the botched robbery of a neighborhood convenience store. From an empty hotel room where news of a holdup plays on the television screen, the viewer is hurtled through the cable line and lands right in the middle of the action as two masked men erupt into a small convenience store, guns blasting. In quick succession they assault the owners and clean out the cash register. Unable to make a clean getaway, the two men decide not to leave any witnesses, but the quick executions that follow aren't what you'd expect. Using irony, stereotypes and clichés to communicate a sober message, Cliché is a fast-paced stylistic action short film with numerous special effects and exciting editing.
Shot in a variety of formats including film, video and HD, on location in Conyers, Georgia.
